Mr. Peters and Social Security Professionals use only licensed attorneys with a long history of winning Social Security Disability and SSI claims. We do not use non-attorney representatives or advocates as they are not licensed attorneys and cannot represent you in court. At our office, your case will NOT be handled by a legal assistant, secretary, or paralegal. You will always work only with the attorney who will ultimately handle your claim from application, to hearing, and to appeal if necessary.
